Stressed Dr. Michael Rudder, the Regional English Language Officer in Asia in the lecture-forum entitled “The Role of Grammar in the Curriculum” and “Language Fluency Development: Breaking the Barriers for Success” of on August 16, 2008 at the University of the Philippines College of Education Benitez Theater.
